1. Definition The notion of a questionnaire is a technique of collecting data from a number of people or respondents through a set of questions to be answered. By providing a list of these questions, the answers obtained are then collected as data. Later, the data is processed and concluded to become research results. Basically, the purpose and benefits of the questionnaire are to obtain some data or information that is relevant to the research topic. Generally, this method is more widely used in quantitative research to describe the relationship between variables. 2.Questionnaire type • Open questionnaire) The questionnaire is an open questionnaire with a description question type. So it can be concluded that a survey is a method for collecting information from groups that represent a population: a large number of respondents. 2.   Pada pertemuan pertama pembelajaran bahasa inggris kemarin, saya mendapatkan materi baru tentang resolusi yang bertujuan untuk menjadi pribadi yang lebih baik dari tahun sebelumnya. Setelah itu saya diarahkan untuk membuat poster tentang tujuan yang ingin dicapai ditahun 2023 lalu diedit memakai aplikasi canva dan diupload diinstagram. Dengan begitu portofolio tersebut menjadi bukti pembelajaran yang akan datang nanti untuk mengintropeksi diri ditahun berikutnya.  Kita diarahkan untuk membuat konten tentang pendidikan dan selalu mengupload minimal 2x seminggu. Dengan membuat konten pendidikan kita dapat memanfaatkan fasilitas sekolah sebaik mungkin untuk membantu memproses pembuatan konten.  Demikian refleksi yang bisa saya simpulkan dari pembelajaran bahasa Inggris yang berlangsung hari senin tanggal 02 Januari 2023
